Job Summary
Greet and welcome fans, delivering fan-first service by exceeding expectations and resolving concerns calmly. Quickly and accurately prepare food products while safely operating and maintaining equipment like grills and fryers. Complete assigned preparation work for stocking and setting up the grill area to create a positive, clean environment. Communicate positively with fans and co-workers throughout shifts while maintaining a cooperative team relationship. Stand for the entire shift, lifting 50 pounds, and handle raw, frozen, and cooked food products in compliance with health regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable standing for entire shift
- able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to handle raw, frozen, and cooked food products as well as products in and out of the temperature danger zone (41-140F)
- Practice established food handling procedures and meet any local health regulations
- Exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene, and promptness
