Conduct daily restaurant operations including food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Manage shift staffing and adhere to all franchisee requirements for hiring, firing, discipline, wages, supervision, and scheduling decisions. Work under the direct authority of the independent franchisee who handles all employment-related matters.
