Manage front-of-house operations, serve customers, handle orders, and maintain cleanliness in the restaurant kitchen and dining area. Assist with food preparation, clean up spills, and ensure all safety protocols are followed during service hours. Complete shift duties as scheduled by the independent franchisee, who handles all hiring, firing, discipline, wages, supervision, staffing, and scheduling decisions.
