Coordinate front-of-house operations, manage customer service, and handle food preparation in the restaurant kitchen. Assist with inventory control, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and support the independent franchisee in daily staffing and scheduling decisions. Work flexible hours as needed to meet customer demand and franchisee requirements.
