Job Summary
Coordinate production of daily menu items using build-to sheets to control waste and maintain inventory cost. Control daily and weekly inventories while communicating supply needs with the head cook. Maintain a clean, organized work area adhering to health and sanitation standards, and sanitize equipment daily. Verify special orders and communicate food order flow with restaurant associates. Perform standard kitchen tasks including closing and sanitizing the work area before leaving.
Required Qualifications

- At least 3 years of relevant experience
