Job Summary
Cook at QDOBA preparing and serving guest meals, following approved recipes and proper portioning; maintain high-quality product by adhering to safety standards, restock front line during peak volumes, monitor sanitation and safety policies, and work cooperatively with management and team members while representing the QDOBA brand. Responsibilities include maintaining product quality, using prep logs/tools, and performing tasks as directed to support a positive guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation and service preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and portion control
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong team player with positive attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
