Job Summary
Stock supplies, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure safety protocols are followed while producing menu items according to recipes. Manage food production flow across sandwich and salad stations, maintaining consistency and quality by adhering to LifeCafe standards. Sweep, mop, clean equipment, and wash dishes to keep the kitchen sanitary. Requires High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift over 20 lbs, and must obtain ServSafe and CPR/AED certifications within 90 and 30 days respectively.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
- Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
- ServSafe certification required within the first 90 days of hire
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant with fast casual or full service experience
- Experience prepping recipes
