Job Summary
Cook meats, seafood, vegetables, and other items to specification, prepare and portion before cooking, and garnish plated dishes. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized work station, adhere to standard portion sizes, and follow recipe specifications and kitchen rules. Duties include staging food, preparing items for broiling/grilling/frying/sautéing, ensuring presentation meets quality standards, stocking stations, and assisting with closing procedures. Requires a minimum of two years of kitchen experience, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a full-time role.
