Job Summary
Prepare, season, and cook salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, and desserts in an à la carte environment while ensuring line efficiency and adherence to specifications. Supervise cooks and workers, collaborate on recipe development and menu planning, and check quality of raw and cooked products. Demonstrate new techniques, create decorative displays, determine production schedules, estimate supply costs, and order requisitions. Monitor sanitation practices, instruct staff on food preparation and presentation, and recruit kitchen personnel. Maintain knowledge of fine dining trends and follow all control procedures. Requires a Level 4 Gaming License, three to four years fine dining experience, and ServSafe certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Culinary degree

- Strong organizational skills

- Appropriate licenses, as required

- Knowledge of HACCP standards
