Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of first-class customer service and food service by greeting customers, reviewing menus, and suggestively selling products. Receive food orders and convey them to cook staff while handling cash, processing tickets via POS, and managing credit card receipts. Maintain a clean environment by bussing tables, sweeping floors, and cleaning restrooms, and control food costs through waste and portion management. Bring safety concerns and customer service complaints to the manager immediately. Practice all safety, food handling, and cash security policies while performing assigned prep and cleaning duties with a sense of urgency.
