Job Summary
Greet and acknowledge every guest with a smile, ensuring they receive outstanding service through a friendly environment. Process POS transactions accurately, follow cash handling procedures, and maintain solid product knowledge to make suggestions and answer questions. Keep floors, counters, dining areas, and restrooms clean at all times while delivering food with a smile and your name. Perform table touches for refills and condiments, foster a safe work environment by following safety guidelines, and adhere to all policies and procedures. Complete any other tasks assigned by the management team. As an ambassador of our HIGH FIVE values, you help turn customer meals into Bold, Remarkable, and Memorable experiences as Smashburger continues its record growth across the US and internationally.
