Job Summary
Greet every guest with a smile, acknowledge them, and deliver food with your name while maintaining outstanding standards. Process POS transactions accurately, follow cash handling procedures, and answer questions about the menu. Keep floors, counters, dining areas, and restrooms clean at all times. Perform table touches for refills and condiments, ensure a safe work environment by following safety guidelines, and adhere to all policies. Complete any other tasks assigned by management. As an ambassador of our HIGH FIVE values, you will contribute to Bold, Remarkable, and Memorable experiences for our guests.
