Job Summary
Greets guests, welcomes them back, and maintains professional service levels while ensuring cleanliness and promptness. Handles all cash transactions, describes menu items and ingredients to guests, and bus tables as needed. Maintains a clean-as-you-go practice, prepares supplies for new shifts including filling dishes and restocking ice machines, and attends required meetings or training sessions. Informs the supervisor of any guest complaints and completes suggestion cards. Performs other assigned duties as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- basic math and computer skills
- excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and the public
- Ability to work on a flexible shift schedule
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
- Pre-employment drug testing with applicants receiving an offer of conditional employment
- Must be able to obtain a Blackfeet Tribal Gaming License
- Previous cash handling experience
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Good interpersonal skills
