Job Summary
Deliver plated food from the kitchen line to guests and maintain clean tables and serving areas in a speedy, efficient manner. Clean up spills, broken dishes, and dirty tableware, wiping tables and resetting them while assisting servers with pre-bussing, drink refills, and item retrieval. Support kitchen and bar staff by assembling plated items, stocking the bar, doing dishes, and taking out trash. Maintain a sanitary work area to prevent foodborne illnesses and provide exceptional customer service to Arrowhead guests. Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, wearing appropriate dress code and grooming standards.
Required Qualifications

- valid ServSafe Food Handler's Certificate
- CPR/AED certified or obtain within three (3) months of employment
- continuously move about the facility
- grasp with good hand eye coordination

- move dish trays to the kitchen
- cases of beer/wine or kegs of beer weighing up to 50 lbs
- frequently move over wet, slippery floors and surfaces in a restaurant environment
