Job Summary
Set and prepare dining tables by folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, and serving water. Stock, maintain, and clean designated food stations while assisting servers with beverages and breads. Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area, ensuring all equipment is in good condition. Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues in a friendly and efficient manner. Perform general cleaning tasks, replenish condiments, and handle special guest requests as assigned. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push carts weighing 200 lbs, with a high school diploma preferred and 3 to 6 months of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 50 lbs. through a crowded room.
- Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 200 lbs.
- Ability to understand and communicate English to comprehend and respond to basic guest requests.
- Ability to understand written English to read any caution or safety notices.
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3 or 6 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
