Job Summary
Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning, and placing tableware. Welcome guests, provide menus and water service, and monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow. Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. Assist fellow team members and other departments to maintain positive working relationships. Perform opening and closing duties as needed. This role requires working flexible morning shifts from 7am to 2pm, with an expected average of 20-30 hours per week including weekends and holidays. The Hilton Bellevue and Solarium Kitchen + Bar offers a full-time position with tips, paid time off, and free employee meals.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to work a flexible schedule including breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts, with the ability to work weekends and holidays, as needed
- Expected schedule to average 20-30 hours per week, but will vary based on business demands
- Primary schedule will be morning shifts - 7am - 2pm
- The ability to provide or obtain a Washington State Food Handlers Permit within 14 days of hire
- Intermediate verbal English skills
- At least 18 years of age or older

- Previous customer service or food handling experience preferred, but not required
- A positive, outgoing attitude, and a desire to server others
