Job Summary
Busser (Table Support) assists servers to maintain efficient service and create a memorable guest experience. Maintains cleanliness of the front of house, including tables, chairs, floors, dining areas and service stations; pours/refills beverages; replenishes bread and olive oil; communicates with hosts and servers to ensure guest satisfaction; clears and resets tables between courses. Reports to the Restaurant Assistant General Manager. 1+ year of experience in a high-volume restaurant; high school diploma or equivalent preferred. On-site with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and sustaining mobility for up to 8 hours (standing, walking, bending, squatting). Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience as a busser in a high-volume restaurant
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
