Job Summary
Oversee daily branch operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, food quality, and service standards to ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Lead and develop the team to achieve sales, service, and quality targets while handling customer feedback and resolving issues promptly. Monitor operational KPIs, budget performance, and implement brand policies and promotional activities consistently. Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, 5–7 years of fast-food management experience, and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience as a branch or restaurant manager in a fast-food chain
- Strong leadership skills with a growth mindset, proactive approach, and ability to drive results
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
- Professional appearance and ability to represent the brand effectively
- Fluent in English
