Job Summary
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and accuracy while greeting guests warmly and offering drink recommendations. Maintain bar cleanliness, handle payments using POS systems, and check guest identification to ensure responsible alcohol service. Assist with inventory and restocking of bar supplies. Requires previous experience as a Bartender and Server, proficiency in Toast systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Schedule is flexible, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a pay rate of $15.00/hour plus tips.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Bartender and Server in a progressive restaurant setting
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and inventory management
- Proficiency in using Toast systems for transactions
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory tracking tools
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance
- Grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
