Job Summary
Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and soft drinks to a high standard while taking ownership of the bar during service. Deliver drinks with consistency, attention to detail, and presentation, confidently recommending options based on guest preferences and sharing product stories. Maintain strong knowledge of the drinks list, including low-intervention and natural wines, while supporting a seasonal, ingredient-led, and low-waste approach. Ensure efficient service, support stock control and ordering, and maintain equipment and cleanliness across FOH and BOH areas. Work closely with front of house and kitchen teams to contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Bartender in a high end Restaurant
- Good knowledge of cocktails, Wines and beverage service
- Interest in seasonal ingredients and low-waste approaches
- Interest in or knowledge of low-intervention / natural wines
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Warm, engaging and personable
- Strong attention to detail
- Calm under pressure
- Organised and efficient
- Curious and interested in food and drink
