Job Summary
Take accurate food and beverage orders, answer menu questions, and make recommendations while ensuring prompt, courteous service with consistent quality and presentation. Upsell additional items, clear and reset tables quickly, and maintain clean dining areas and service stations throughout shifts. Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, manage stock levels, and update the reservations system. Work closely with kitchen and bar team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service, handle guest feedback, and resolve issues promptly. Engage with guests to understand preferences, build rapport, and foster a loyal customer base. This onsite role at Mad Swans in the Mendips involves five days out of seven for full-time staff, with operational hours from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Required Qualifications

- Full Time, Part Time & Weekend Roles
- Experienced or has previous experience in a Restaurant, Café or Bar role
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
- Full-time members of the team will be required to work any five days out of seven
- Full-time members of the team will be required to work on weekends on a regular basis
- Operational times from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm
- Passionate about delivering excellent guest experience
