Restaurant & Bar Manager

Lead the Restaurant & Bar team from the front to ensure brand standards, maintain a high guest experience, and maximize revenues. Work with your team to uphold operational excellence across the Flemings restaurant, Grill restaurant, and private dining spaces. Manage day-to-day operations in a busy bar & restaurant environment while staying current with food & beverages trends and wine & spirits knowledge. This role requires previous hospitality experience and people management skills within a 4*, 148-bedroom property located just outside Glasgow.
