Restaurant & Bar Manager

Manage all food and beverage outlets, ensuring associates provide service excellence with each customer experience. Plan and execute team building activities, lead the department with operational tasks and strategies, and act as the main point of contact for external and internal clients. Ensure the restaurant is consistently prepared and stocked through ordering and adequate planning. Prepare and conduct department training to enhance overall service quality while building relationships with guests to enable future bookings.
