Job Summary
Oversee the daily operations across Pastore, Altus Rooftop, Bar & Lounge, Breakfast, In Room Dining, and Minibar; deliver refined and personalised guest experiences across all Food and Beverage touchpoints; collaborate with Kitchen, Sales & Marketing, Front Office, and Executive leadership to ensure seamless service delivery; maintain exceptional presentation and service standards across all outlets; drive a culture of flexibility, initiative, and finding the “yes”; lead, mentor, and develop Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and high-potential team members to build capability; manage service recovery professionally; support recruitment, rostering, labour management, productivity, and operational efficiency; stay informed on luxury hospitality trends to keep offerings contemporary and competitive; maintain presence during key service periods, evenings, weekends, and peak times; leverage strong leadership to inspire accountability and a guest-centric culture.
