Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in leading all employees to provide outstanding service, manage daily work schedules, and oversee guest services while resolving issues. Enforce company policies, safety, and sanitation regulations; control costs, maintain inventory, and ensure safe security through deposits. Train personnel, conduct onboarding, and implement progressive disciplinary steps when needed. Monitor stock levels, operate all restaurant equipment, and maintain appropriate staffing to meet service, operations, and financial goals. Work on-site from 11 AM to 10 PM.
Required Qualifications
- MUST WORK ON-SITE/NON-REMOTE POSITION
- HOURS ARE ONLY FROM 11 AM - 10 PM
- At least 3 years of previous management experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- College studies in business related subjects preferred
