Job Summary
Provides friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in accordance with company policies and performance standards. Responsibilities include greeting guests, seating them promptly, checking guests out at the register, providing genuine hospitality, and assisting with to-go orders. Maintains cleanliness in the dining area and cashier station, assists crew members, and communicates effectively with management and staff. Requires standing for long periods, effective communication, and strong time management skills. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.
Required Qualifications
- Basic skills such as sanitation, safety, and customer service can be taught through in house training.
