Job Summary
Busser/Restaurant Attendant role in a cafe setting. Responsibilities include assisting servers, greeting guests by name when applicable, bussing tables, refilling water and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, ensuring tables and seating areas are clean and set per management standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and uniform. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, lift up to 30lbs, stand for extended periods, and communicate in English. The position emphasizes teamwork with servers and consistent table service flow from arrival to seating to post-service cleanup.
Required Qualifications
- Must have strong guest service skills.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in the English language.
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 30lbs.
- Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop and reach.
- Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work in crowded spaces.
