Job Summary
Restaurant Attendant / Busser at Beaufort Hotel's 34b0 North Restaurant — responsibilities include quickly cleaning and resetting tables, stocking service stations, greeting guests, assisting servers during busy periods, transporting dirty dishes, maintaining dining-room cleanliness, assisting with opening/closing side work, and collaborating with staff to ensure smooth operations. Requires a positive attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong teamwork and communication skills, and a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays). Compensation is $7.50 per hour plus tip share, part-time benefits include dental/vision, life insurance, disability options, 401(k) with company match, and hotel/dining discounts; medical insurance and PTO not available for part-time associates.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout an entire shift
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and dependable attendance
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
