Job Summary
Recruit, select, train, and develop a high-performance team of Associates while leading by example to deliver great guest service. Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including sales-building, marketing, human resources, supply chain, and facilities maintenance. Prepare for and develop into a future General Manager by leveraging policies and systems to execute the brand to the highest standards of excellence. Maintain integrity and teamwork to pursue continuous improvement in all business functions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to recruit, select, hire, train, develop and retain a high performance team of best-in-class Associates
- Previous experience managing a $1MM+ business
- Ability to leverage Fazoli's policies, systems and processes in order to execute our concept flawlessly and represent our brand brilliantly to the highest standards of excellence
