Job Summary
Recruit, select, hire, train, develop, and retain a high-performance team of Associates to deliver great guest service. Lead by example while managing restaurant operations, including guest service, sales-building, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration, and facilities maintenance. Prepare for and develop into a future General Manager by leveraging company policies to execute the concept flawlessly. This role requires previous experience managing a $1MM+ business and a competitive spirit to pursue excellence. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the success of the Fazoli's Restaurant.
