Job Summary
Recruit, select, hire, train, develop, and retain a high-performance team of Associates while leading by example to deliver great guest service. Execute restaurant operations including guest service, sales-building, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration, and facilities maintenance to ensure brand excellence and operational integrity. Manage a $1MM+ business with a focus on pursuit of excellence and teamwork. Prepare for and develop into a future General Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to recruit, select, hire, train, develop and retain a high performance team of best-in-class Associates
- Previous experience managing a $1MM+ business
- Ability to leverage Fazoli's policies, systems and processes in order to execute our concept flawlessly and represent our brand brilliantly to the highest standards of excellence
