Job Summary
Assistant Managers at Zaxby’s are responsible for ensuring guests have great experiences while maintaining operational standards. The role includes managing daily restaurant operations, coaching and developing team members, creating effective work schedules in line with policies and local laws, delegating shift assignments, supervising staff, handling guest and team concerns, maintaining compliance with franchise guidelines and safety procedures, and contributing to a positive culture with recognition and leadership by example.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check
- Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
- 1-3 years management experience required
- Restaurant management experience preferred
