Restaurant Assistant Manager via Humanly

Conduct daily restaurant operations including guest service, sales-building, marketing, and facilities maintenance while managing inventory, scheduling, and cash reconciliation. Lead the management team and crew to ensure flawless execution of brand standards and deliver great guest service. Perform various management functions to advance your career in general management, including assisting at other Fazoli's restaurants as business needs arise. Requires 12+ months of restaurant management experience for external candidates or 6+ months as an Associate Trainer for internal candidates. Open availability to work all shifts during operations hours is mandatory.
