Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Zaxbys responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, coaching and developing team members, creating efficient schedules, ensuring guest experiences meet standards, maintaining food safety and quality, and upholding company policies and procedures; builds a positive culture and ensures compliance with applicable laws and brand guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check
- Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
- 1-3 years management experience required
- Restaurant management experience preferred
- Capability to sit/stand/walk continuously; lift up to 50 pounds; operate restaurant equipment; communicate effectively; meet safety guidelines
