Job Summary
Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure guest experiences meet high standards and that policies, procedures, and safety guidelines are followed. Lead, coach, and develop team members; create effective work schedules; delegate shift assignments; monitor service, product quality, and cleanliness; address performance concerns with the General Manager; support performance reviews; foster a positive culture and engage in guest issue resolution. Drive operational excellence through training, coaching, and adherence to training plans, food safety and manager certifications, and company guidelines. Maintain flexibility to support restaurant needs and ensure safety and compliance while striving to achieve quarterly goals.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check
- 1-3 years management experience
- Restaurant management experience preferred
- Must possess leadership qualities and ability to interact cooperatively with others
