Restaurant Assistant Manager - Sportsbook Restaurant

Assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff on assigned shifts to ensure employees receive adequate guidance for established objectives. Manage overall Food & Beverage preparations, maintain back-of-house operations, and oversee outlet budgets, profit and loss statements, and cost analysis. Conduct pre-shift meetings, schedule work to meet business demands, and establish service sequences for consistent quality. Respond to guest needs, report problems, and ensure compliance with state sanitation requirements and internal controls. Act as a role model while maintaining strict confidentiality in all departmental matters.
