Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations in a high-end seafood venue, lead and develop a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage scheduling and staffing, monitor inventory and control costs, ensure health and sanitation compliance, and collaborate with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure seamless service. Proficient with HotSchedules and Toast POS for scheduling, sales tracking, and reporting; drive training and process improvements to maintain service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing upscale, full-service restaurants
- Proven experience in high-volume restaurant environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with HotSchedules and Toast POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and health regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with attention to detail
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
