Job Summary
Assist the Restaurant General Manager by organizing shifts, monitoring operations, and initiating corrective actions. Deliver superior guest services, respond to complaints, and enforce sanitation and safety rules while maintaining facility cleanliness. Promote the brand and nurture a positive working environment through coaching and leading by example. Contribute to the corporate strategic growth plan in a fast-paced environment. Requires Food Safety Certification and one to two years of operations experience.
Required Qualifications
