Job Summary
Conduct daily operational oversight and guest service analysis to ensure the freshest food and positive dining experience. Lead hands-on staff directly, managing time efficiently while mentoring team members and developing their skills. Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, remaining flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Complete 12-16 weeks of paid rolling training at an out-of-state location before joining the Kura Krew. This role supports our mission to revolutionize sushi dining through advanced technology and premium ingredients across over 540 locations.
