Job Summary
Supervise the F&B Outlet designated to this role and manage overall daily operations, including creating efficient schedules while maintaining labor costs and staffing objectives. Administer operational goals, monitor profit achievements, and assist in the budget process by providing recommendations and reporting concerns. Enforce gaming laws and regulations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental matters. Promote superior customer service standards, address issues as they arise, and inspect menu items for maximum satisfaction. Monitor pars and inventory to support cost control methods and assist the F&B Outlet Manager with assigned administrative duties.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree (A.A) in related field
- two (2) years of Food & Beverage experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum two (2) years of previous supervisory experience
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- fluent and literate in English
- ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
- ability to write reports and business correspondence
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as business needs dictate
