Job Summary
Lead the management team and crew to ensure the success of the Fazoli's Restaurant by operating shifts and performing management functions including inventory management, scheduling, and cash reconciliation. Drive guest service, sales-building, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration, and facilities maintenance while representing the brand to the highest standards of excellence. Maintain integrity by leveraging company policies and systems to execute the concept flawlessly. Requires 12+ months of restaurant management experience, high school diploma, and open availability to work all shifts and transfer to other locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
