Job Summary
Lead a restaurant team as Restaurant Assistant Manager, guiding shift operations and directly supervising crew. Responsibilities include leading the crew during shifts, making subs, running the register, cleaning, scheduling, and other shift duties. Training will be provided; opportunity for advancement. Emphasis on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining upbeat and friendly leadership, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a DiBella’s restaurant environment. Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as crew handbook
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus
- Effective communication with customers and co-workers
