Job Summary
Restaurant Assistant Manager at Cascada Marbella responsible for operating the restaurant efficiently and profitably, strategic planning, shift pattern organization, recruiting, training, and motivating staff; liaising with providers to optimize quality, quantity, and cost; supervising staff to ensure high standards; managing reservations and guest experience; contributing to menu decisions with other departments; overseeing internal operations, events, cost controls, and KPI reporting; leading the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieving business targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Location: Marbella, Andalusia, ES; in-person role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Proven track record of successfully overseeing daily operations and achieving business targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
