Job Summary
Assistant Managers are responsible for ensuring that the restaurant delivers great experiences to guests while maintaining operational standards. You will manage the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring that the team properly follows all processes, policies, and procedures. Create and maintain an effective work schedule, delegate shift assignments, supervise and coach team members, ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards, communicate performance concerns to the General Manager, assist with performance reviews and development, and maintain a positive culture with proactive leadership. The role requires leadership, organizational skills, ability to train and develop staff, and adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines while driving guest satisfaction and quarterly goals.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check
- Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
- 1-3 years management experience required
- Restaurant management experience preferred
