Job Summary
Restaurant Assistant Manager at Pilot Flying J to assist in running our high-volume, quick service restaurant within a travel center. Responsibilities include assisting the Restaurant General Manager, selecting and coaching Team Members, directing and assigning work, creating a positive work environment, expediting food service and assisting with food preparation, and ensuring guest satisfaction, food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and a strong food safety environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong team leadership and customer service skills, integrity, and accountability at a managerial level. Pay starts between $23.52 and $37.49 per hour, with incentives; benefits include nationwide medical, dental/vision, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, and weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
