Job Summary
Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist in running our high-volume, quick service travel-center restaurants. You will support the Restaurant GM, coach and develop team members, direct and assign work, and foster a positive work environment while ensuring guest satisfaction, high food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and a strong food safety culture. Responsibilities include expediting food service, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining operations that meet quality and safety standards. Must have strong team leadership and customer service skills, and demonstrate integrity and accountability at the managerial level. Pay starts between $23.52 and $37.49 per hour, with incentives; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), flexible spending, tuition reimbursement, and weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one-year food service management experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent certification required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
