Job Summary
Lead a high-performing team alongside the General Manager to deliver operational excellence and foster a welcoming guest experience. Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers while identifying high-potential talent for ongoing development. Execute daily operations by following food safety procedures, maintaining inventory standards, and assisting with scheduling, labor management, and local marketing efforts. Resolve conflicts and demonstrate strong communication skills to ensure consistent restaurant standards and a culture of food safety. Work 45 hours per week on a variable schedule including opening, mid, and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays. Obtain and maintain required food-safety licenses and hold a valid driver's license for occasional driving.
Required Qualifications
- Bringing a minimum of one year of management or leadership experience
- Working 45 hours per week on a variable schedule, including opening, mid, and closing shifts, as well as weekends and/or holidays
- Meeting the physical requirements of the role, which may include, but not limited to, standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks
- Obtaining and maintaining any required food-safety licenses or certifications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Must hold a valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years old
