Job Summary
Make business decisions using numeric reasoning and maintain the highest food quality standards while ensuring a safe working environment with zero deviations from HACCP and safety protocols. Promote the company's mission and values through effective coaching that drives customer service excellence. Communicate and follow up on unit objectives with all staff to completion, supporting the General Manager in implementing business objectives with a solid sales-based focus. Manage the back-of-house operation and serve in the General Manager role during their absence.
Required Qualifications
- at least four (4) years of work experience in a related field with progression in roles demonstrating increased responsibility
