Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the Sonic Drive-In in conjunction with the General Manager to provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner, delivering a SuperSONIC guest experience. As the highest management position within the Drive-In, you will assist with hiring, training, supervising, directing, and developing staff; manage a profit and loss statement to meet financial goals; maintain safety and sanitation standards; lead with a Fair, Firm, Fun leadership approach; coach for performance; communicate expectations and provide feedback; create an upbeat atmosphere during shifts; explain the big picture and why tasks matter; and use metrics to evaluate performance and drive improvements. Requires prior management experience and willingness to work irregular hours (nights, weekends, holidays); associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
