Oversee daily SONIC Drive-In operations as Assistant General Manager alongside the General Manager; recruit and train staff, manage a profit-and-loss statement, enforce safety and sanitation standards, and foster a positive, coaching-driven environment. Lead with a Fair, Firm, Fun approach to develop Great People, supervise and guide team performance, handle guest issues, and use metrics to drive improvements in drive-in operations and guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Prior management experience
